Porcelanosa is world-renown for beautiful and top quality tiles that can be used in your bathroom, kitchen, living room and even your bedroom. Our latest client’s newly designed bathroom was completed using Porcelanosa’s Rodano Acero tiles. These were fitted to both the walls and the floor to create a wet room.
Their current bathroom was dated and the set-up included a shower bath with quite a bit of floor space. The client’s toilet and bidet were against one wall, with and radiator and sink situated on the other next to the doorway to the ensuite.
Our main aim was to modernise the room completely. To do this we removed the shower bath and added the Porcelanosa wall and floor tiles to create a wet room. Tiling the room floor to ceiling made it feel brighter and even bigger than it already was. The client previously had a mirrored cabinet above the standalone sink, so we replaced this with a wide LED de-misting mirror. This gave the room more depth.
The mirror was installed above fitted furniture from the Roper Rhodes range. They chose this in gloss white colour with an Isocast sink countertop. Reconfiguring the position of the toilet and installing the fitted furniture on the one side of the room increased the space and gave the ensuite a more practical and clean look.

To make use of the additional space on the other side of the room we added a heated towel rail and also a tall boy unit for extra storage. Other finishing touches include spotlighting and under-floor heating.
