Coatbridge Modern Bathroom - Before & After

Our latest project allowed us to start from scratch and build an amazing modern bathroom with lots of added extras. The previous bathroom was dated and was in need of a makeover.

There was wrought present in the walls so this meant we had to taken them down but it allowed us to extend the bathroom slightly. DBR Interiors supply a massive range of Porcelanosa tiles. Known for their quality, these tiles come in a range of materials, textures and colours. In this case the client chose Dover Caliza for the wall tiles and Oxford Acero for the floor tiles.

 

 

 

The fitted furniture is from the Muse collection (Roper Rhodes) and this is in the colour Matt Clay. The bath panel was also selected to match the furniture around the sink and back-to-wall toilet. The work surface and the sink are made from Isocast. This type of surface is robust and easy to clean. It’s also topped with a resilient gel coat to give a glossy and sleek finish.

The client had minimal storage in the previous bathroom, so we modernised this in the new bathroom, whilst hiding the cistern and the sink in our fitted bathroom furniture. This created a minimalistic look in the room.
We also added two lit wall niches and a built in mirrored wall cabinet.

We added LED mode lighting and feature Porcelanosa tiles to the main wall above the shower and bath. The shower has a digital thermostat, to add to the modern feel of the place.
