"I was actually very lucky because I knew someone who had already used DBR Interiors and they actually had images of the work they had already done, so I was able to see the quality of their work beforehand.

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience that I had. After I had actually contacted DBR Interiors to ask them that it was two bathrooms I wanted done and I wanted different things for each bathroom. It was lovely when the representative came to me that they were able to sit down, find out exactly what I wanted for an ensuite and for my main bathroom.

They were able to understand I didn’t want the same for both and in discussions with them we were able to make a plan of what I would like and therefor the materials that I would need and it was once we knew what we were wanting we were able to decide what kind of materials would suit each bathroom.

It had been years since I’d had work done in the house and they were able to direct and guide and show me the products that were available and I was able to look through them at my pleasure and in my own time. I didn’t feel pressurised at all. They were excellent at coming back and answering any queries and questions I might’ve had. The one thing I really enjoyed was I was given enough time to sit down, to look through catalogues and decide what I would like then when I was ready I got back to them and they were excellent and as soon as I knew what I was doing within a week they had a plan up and running and within 2-3 months we were able to get the full process up and running and completed.

In the main bathroom there was something I specifically wanted for my toilet roll holder and they were able to accommodate any little quirky bit that I wanted for my bathroom and they were able to accommodate all of that.

I actually have already recommended DBR Interiors to my family and I certainly would to friends that are getting things done. The two members of my family that I’ve already recommended them to have also been very impressed with the quality and service and yes, I would be happy to recommend DBR Interiors to anyone."
